You may be affected by a class action lawsuit alleging Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn failed to provide residents with a habitable living environment. This class action alleges Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn had ongoing rodent and bedbug infestations, maintenance deficiencies and failures, elevator malfunctions, and poor meal quality, to an extent that Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn violated its agreements with residents.
• The Court has ordered this to be a class action on behalf of all residents of Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn Independent Living or Assisted Living units who resided there at any time from December 2019 to May 2024.
• The Court has not decided whether Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn did anything wrong. There is no money available now, and no guarantee there will be. However, your legal rights are affected, and you have choices to make now:
